From the inside out, women need women. We often seem to sacrifice and never see our true potential. I want to help women see themselves the way God sees them so they can discover what He created them to be: beautiful, strong, courageous, talented, lovely, gifted, and worthy.

COACHING OPTIONS

  • One-On-One Coaching

    Tap into your God given potential and explore all the brilliance, power, and clarity that is deep inside you. Sessions are 60 minutes long, held in person, virtually, or via phone, and occur 3-4x per month based on your specific needs.

  • Group Coaching

    Find support and accountability through this unique experience shared with other women on a group journey. Sessions are 60-90 minutes long, held virtually or via phone, and occur 4x per month until the program ends.

Too many are hurting and struggling in silence! Have you ever needed a word of encouragement but recieved criticism instead? Ladies, Let's be the love to someone else we have once needed or need. Give words of encouragement, hope and love. Be a safe place and pray 🙏over your sisters. Build her up don't tear her down. She's done enough of that on her own. Give her grace. The same grace you have received from God. Smile at a strange that just needs to feel noticed. Hug someone that is hurting. None of us are perfect and we all need help and guidance. Don't look down on your fellow sister but cover her and lift her up. Jesus gave us a commandment. Love your neighborhood as yourself. It will fill your heart as you love others too. Pray and asked God to give you eyes to see the broken hearted. Ask the Holy Spirit what to do for them. If you are suffering in silence cry out to God and he will surround you with what and who you need. Ask for eyes to see him at work in your life. If any need pray just put a hand up🙋🏽‍♀️ or your name. I don't need the specific God already knows but I want to pray for you today. As I pray lift your voice to God in agreement he will meet all your needs and so much more and all Glory goes back to him. Love you all❤️
